We recommend that our clients bring something to eat for longer sessions, you will need the fuel to burn.
Eat well before you come in to get a tattoo, your body is going to need the energy as you are going to be tensed up.
Drink plenty of water. Being well hydrated will help to boost your stamina.
No alcohol 2 days before your tattoo appointment.
Try to sleep well the night before your appointment.
Wear proper clothing.
Bring something to entertain yourself for longer sessions.
