We recommend that our clients bring something to eat for longer sessions, you will need the fuel to burn.

  • Eat well before you come in to get a tattoo, your body is going to need the energy as you are going to be tensed up.

  • Drink plenty of water. Being well hydrated will help to boost your stamina.

  • No alcohol 2 days before your tattoo appointment.

  • Try to sleep well the night before your appointment.

  • Wear proper clothing.

  • Bring something to entertain yourself for longer sessions.
